These Terms of Service govern your use of medicoseo.com and any services provided by MedicoSEO, operated by Webomaze Pty Ltd, Level 2, South Bank Boulevard, South Bank, Victoria 3006, Australia. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
MedicoSEO provides specialist search engine optimisation (SEO) services for healthcare practices, including but not limited to local SEO, Google Maps optimisation, content strategy, backlink acquisition, and reputation management. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements.
2. No Guarantee of Rankings
Search engine rankings are determined by third-party platforms including Google and are subject to algorithm changes outside our control. While we apply proven strategies and best practices, MedicoSEO does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or patient acquisition outcomes. Past results shown on this website are representative of client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future performance.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their practice, maintaining their website and Google Business Profile access, and responding to our team in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials produced by MedicoSEO remain the intellectual property of Webomaze Pty Ltd until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. MedicoSEO will not disclose client data, practice details, or campaign results to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicoSEO and Webomaze Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. MedicoSEO reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
